Lisa Kilgour is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a sought after speaker, educator and writer who helps people heal from diverse and complex health issues. Lisa teaches people to improve personal self-care, balance emotions, strengthen gut flora, improve sleep and lower stress through her proven holistic techniques. Specializing in the gut/brain connection, in 2015, she spoke about this issue at TedX Kelowna and in 2010 was voted “BC’s Favourite Nutritionist” by Natural Health Care Canada. She is the founder of, and faculty member at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
